Is the video card in your system the same one that came with the computer from Dell? If your system came with an ATI video card, Dell would often include the ATI driver CD with the system, depending on which particular ATI video card it was. Otherwise, the video card driver can be found on your Dimension Resource CD. If your system came with an nVidia video card, the driver should also be available on the Resource CD. Be sure to install the Intel chipset driver (Intel INF update utility) from your Resource CD before installing other drivers, especially the video driver.
