As part of the one week celebration of Singkaban Festival 2015, Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said that the event aims to gather the members of BFJODA and TODA to strengthen their association and to inspire them to continue their services in providing safe and smooth public transportation every day.
