Not sure the if turning off the Terminal Services Easy Print Driver is an option at this point. I know this was a month ago, but I've run into this before and for me it also started occuring randomly one day for all workstations. In my case I fixed this by replacing C: Windows System32 TsWpfWrp.exe on EVERY pc with one from my own windows 7 pc. Even on the XP machines, I replaced it with the windows 7 copy. Fixed it for me. This week I am working on this again for a different client and the previous fix didnt work.
