I correctly plugged it into the wall socket and connected the wires properly. When plugging it into the Windows machine, I get an error that a device driver was not installed correctly. When I look in device manager, I see that under Bluetooth Radios there is an extra entry titled “Broadcom 2046 Bluetooth 2.1 USB UHE Dongle”. It has an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle.
